Q: Can you Save Money on the Grooms Wedding Attire ?

A:

There are a variety of ways to save money on the groom’s attire. First, you must consider where the wedding will be held and how formal the celebration will be. Though formal and semi-formal attire for grooms and their attendants have not changed dramatically in recent times, the groom now has numerous fashionable options. Even the traditional black tuxedo can be paired with a modern shirt and tie.

Great budget savers include the groom and groomsmen wearing a suit they already own and simply adding coordinating accessories, such as matching ties. Or, if all the men do not own a suitable tuxedo or suit, rentals are extremely affordable. Many retailers offer the groom’s rental free with the groomsmen’s paid order. Or, you can rent only the tux and decline the shoes, cufflinks, and bowtie, etc., if you already own them. Be sure to ask for some type of credit or discount if you will not be renting the total package.

Your attire should also fit your personal style, so work with your bride to find something you can both agree on, and that fits comfortably, exudes class, and stays within your budget.
